Ladies and Gents -
Anticipation of the upcoming season is at an all-time high. Here is some of the latest news:
-Upcoming Meetings - an Informal Happy Hour Social is scheduled for Wenesday, April 27th at Sir Ben's. Come anytime after work, or even during (we are sailors, after all). May's Board Meeting is set for next Monday, May 2nd at Sir Ben's (6pm).
-The final 2005 race schedule was approved at the last Board meeting. It is listed on the "Races and Results" page.
-We successfully bribed and evicted the cybersquatter of our beloved dot com address. He took us to the tune of $330, so if you would like to offset the cost of this chicanery, please email the treasurer at jspierre At duluthyachtclub DOT org.
-The Trans Superior race is generating momentum. Timed to coincide with the concurrent anniversaries of the Duluth Lift Bridge and Sault Ste. Marie locks, this year's race will no doubt be a memorable one. A Singlehanded Division has been added for the first time.
